Our Return Policy

All items in the TWO LANES Shop are made to order and sold as preorders. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you receive is defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved for return on a case-by-case basis.

Garments and vinyl are final sale unless damaged, incorrect, or approved for return upon review. Any approved return must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Returns

Returns are reviewed per situation - approval is not guaranteed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

International Returns

International returns are ineligible for a prepaid return label due to high shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all international return shipping fees.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to fluctuating inventory levels. If an item is approved for return, you may request store credit and place a new order.

Items Ineligible for Refund

  • Returned after 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Items in unsatisfactory condition for resale (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed.
  • Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or the Clearance section.
  • Items purchased in-person at festivals, shows, or special events.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to fluctuating inventory levels. If an item is approved for return, you may request store credit and place a new order.

Before You Order
Please double-check sizing, item selection, and shipping address before placing your order. Approved returns may take 7–10 business days to verify. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
